Setting the Standard

This is what I do

Worked with Popeyes brand, marketing, procurement, franchisee relations departments to gain consensus on the visual brand. This also included working closely with the graphic design, advertising, interior design agencies and suppliers of in-restaurant marketing to build a workable visual system across the global enterprise.

The end result was an organized and usable standard for the brand. We also created guidelines and other training materials for Popeyes employees, franchisees and agencies.
